Our room was decent size and complete with large fluffy white towels, clean toilet. Coffee & tea making machines, a fridge, and glassware were provided. The location was fantastic there, to catch a train to the airport.

It's a well presented and fancy hotel for a trip in Rome. The breakfast with the best cappuccino, nutella, pastry is above average for what is offered.

The value for money was excellent, with a comfortable room in a beautifully renovated historic building. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions. The staff, especially Mrs. Christina, were professional, helpful, and made our stay worry-free.
Breakfast choices could be improved with the addition of milk for the tea and coffee making facilities.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly polite, helpful, and informative. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and that we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with many famous sights within walking distance. The narrow streets and lovely buildings in the surrounding area added to the charm of our stay. The rooms were clean and basic, and despite the beds being a little springy, they were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
No improvements needed, everything was great.
